Every XFusion suspension product comes with a 24-month warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original owner only and cannot be transferred.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To help us process your claim quickly, please include the following:
- Proof of purchase dated within the 24-month warranty period.
- A photo of your product’s serial number.
- For XFusion Manic dropper posts: a photo of the yellow decal on the defective cartridge.
Your warranty starts on the date of purchase and remains valid for 24 months.

Fill out the form below and upload the requested files. Once submitted, you’ll receive an RA (Return Authorization) number by email so we can begin your warranty service right away.
