Mountain Bike Suspension Service Appointment Booking

Welcome to our online appointment booking system for mountain bike suspension service! Use the calendar below to conveniently schedule your service appointment.

How to Book:

• Select Repair Category (Fork, Rear Shock, Seat Post).
• Select Manufacturer. 
• Select the Model.
• Select the Requested Service. If the specific service requested is not available, specify a service in the blank space provided and we may contact you for more information.
• Select “Mail In” or “Drop off.”
• Select the Date with which you would like the service to occur. Please note: some discrepancies may apply and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can. If we receive your item a day before the appointment and with adequate time to check in and inspect, the services should be handled accordingly.
• Select Details.  If you want to add multiple items to the repair service (ie; fork and rear shock) select "Add Item" at the bottom of the page. This will redirect back to Repair Category where you may add an additional item for service multiple times. 
• Enter the Customer Details and serial number of the item. The (*) required information next to the description needs to be entered prior to selecting submit.
• Click "SUBMIT” to finalize your booking.
• You will receive an appointment confirmation email and a separate email with mailing instructions and an estimate of the requested service. THIS ESTIMTAE WILL NEED TO BE ACCEPTED OR REJECTED.
